Sealcoating is a protective layer applied over asphalt to prevent damage from UV rays, water, oil, and chemicals. It extends the life of the pavement and improves its appearance. It is recommended to sealcoat asphalt surfaces every 2-3 years, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
